We believe it is, and overwhelmingly the residents at Cedars believe so as well because many have lived here for over 10 and some for over 20 years. In fact 65% of new rentals are from resident referrals either from those who live here now or have lived here in the past. That is an extraordinarily high percentage of referrals for apartment rentals.

While it is true that this property was originally constructed in the mid 1970 s, that was a time when construction standards were higher, apartments were larger and provided more closet space than in subsequent years. It is also true that we have invested many millions of dollars in upgrades and renovations to the property over the years especially during the last few years when many of the apartments have been completely remodeled with beautiful cabinets, countertops, wood flooring, lighting, carpeting, appliances, fixtures etc. We have also remodeled all the hallways with 6 maple hardwood baseboards, sconce lighting, cove molding and beautiful carpeting with natural stone tile entries. We have installed access control cameras throughout the property and an electronic entry system for all entries including the clubhouse. It is also true that we ve invested a lot of time and effort on the 22 acres of grounds removing most of the flat grass in favor of meandering waterways formed with boulders to retain rainwater and reduce our water consumption while providing every apartment with a beautiful view of waterfalls, ponds, fountains, perennial plants, shrubs and evergreen trees. Our purpose is to be ecologically friendly while providing an extraordinary environment for our residents.

Since we all enjoy freedom of speech, people can post anything they want and we urge you to consider that most of the negative postings are anonymous and often long past the time of stated occupancy. While we are constantly improving our service and our product, we ask that you consider your own judgment and that of the 65% of residents or former residents who risk inviting their friends, co-workers and family to live at Cedars of Edina. We believe it to be far more reliable than anonymous postings on a website that admittedly does not verify any information including whether the poster ever lived or even visited our property.

We are so confident that you will not only be satisfied, but happy with your choice to live at Cedars of Edina, that we are willing to offer a guarantee that if you are disappointed and notify us in writing within 15 days of moving in, we will terminate your lease and refund your entire damage deposit with the understanding that no damage has occurred beyond the normal wear and tear of moving into the apartment. This offer specifically applies to anyone who has read this website and requests this early termination clause be included as part of the lease.

Please don t let someone whom we suspect of having an agenda other than to warn unsuspecting renters keep you from having the wonderful experience we are sure you will enjoy if you move to our community at Cedars of Edina.

This is obviously a manager or owner speaking, do you really think they would be honest and tell you all the bad things about the property? If your a potential resident do you want to hear experiences from residents or the owner? Who can you relate to more the owner or resident? Think about it. Would you tell the truth about your own product if it was horrble? This is when their ethics should be questioned.

oh and half the views are to the parking lots. And the waterfalls are so dirty and gross they barely work and the fountains are really nasty to

The apartment Air conditioning are the old fashioned ones. It is not central AC. Be ready to sweat a little in winter or run the day non-stop day and night.
