My neighbor the 31 year veteran told me that people were trashing Cedars. I've been here since April of 2002. I HAVE HAD NONE OF THESE PROBLEMS. I also rent an upgraded apartment so EVERYTHING is basically new. Since I moved in they have installed a fountain under my apartment that splashes all summer long and is lit at night so I can sit on my balcony and enjoy a nice view. I have NEVER seen anything like this before. Don't believe the gripers. Some people are messed up!

Wow it is not cheap its fairly expensive. But yes i do agree that its kept clean like the hallways and common areas however they really need to take more pride on there pools and not just the landscaping i man paying that much in rent you should have working jets in the hot tub, the pool should be clean and the tunnels should be kept allot nicer. But the management sucks, yes they repair things fast but thats only if its really serious. If its something small like the door is off it can take them a few weeks to fix it and there is one maintenance guy there who is very mean he is a little older and complains about his job and has attitudes with people there. I think if they had better employees they would be good

Some people's opinions are less informed than others. OVERALL it's WAY MORE GOOD THAN BAD. I've never lived at an apartment complex that is kept as clean as this one. I've never had the staff repair things as fast as they do here. Plus to me, the place is relatively cheap. I've been around and this place is a good deal.

Hey I have stayed in this apt complex for 18 months.i think this is one of the blunder we have done,,apts are very old,heavyily expensive. Mangagement attitude stinks a big time.They pay no respect for the residents treating them like animals..shooing the kids away is their priorty.Thanks god i moved from that place.
