Well i have been looking around apartments for apartments in the edina area. Well after reading reviews to these apartments i do see how a lot of the bad reviews are similar. And it does seem like managers write fake reviews about these apartments. I did look online and it does seem nice, but it also seems like the managers lie and that there seems to be a lot of problems. Another thing i dont get is that they have 14 month leases''''' with only a 500.00 dollar off discount' There are other apartments in the area that have a way better discount. I just never heard of a 14 month lease. That seems kinda odd to me. I just need reassurance if i should take time to look at these apartments.

Just take a look at them an see what you think, the basic 1970s units go for around 950 and the upgrades are way more, around the 1100 range just for new cabinets, fridge, and floors. The outsides look better than the insides. They do that to get you in a good mood before seeing the inside of the apartments. Dont mind the Indian population, they're a great group of people. Expect to hear your neighbors sometime or smell their cooking, it comes with living in an apartment. Dont trust management one bit. They'll lie about anything and everything to get you in there. You're number 1 priority until you sign that lease, then they could care less about you. It's way over priced. The owners are greedy snakes that can't run a business for the life of them, their business ethics are horrible and it trickles down to the management.

I would look elsewhere if I were you. There's more bad than good here. Just stopping by the place and taking a look doesn't really show you what it's going to be like. There's too many inside problems that make living here SO not worth the money. If all they're offering these days is a 14 month option, they really must be struggling! That's too long of a time frame to have to be stuck in a lease.

Thank you for the responses. I think i will look somewhere else that has better deals and does not have 14 month leases. After reading the reviews i do believe management writes fake reviews to boost up there rating, which on this website, is not acceptable.
