Hi,
I have been living here for a year and half. I'm OK with this apartment except for few things.
Pros: Good maintanance, comparitively bigger apartments, neat and clean surroundings, enough facilities like Gym, Indoor pool, Racquet ball, garage, car wash, enough laundry room (so no queue up) etc, reachability and bus service to downtown, community etc.
Cons: Rent is bit high, management is just OK (good people are also there), garage parking not included in the rent, there have been mutiple incidances of theft from vehicles parked in garage (so security is not OK), lease breakage rules are very bad and so I will not recomend this place for people coming for short term, they do not have a 3 month and 6 month lease,
Overall its just an average place and they are not that customer friendly.
