I would have recommended Edina Towers prior to the new management.

I had several problems prior to finally ending my lease.

My biggest complaint was that they charged us 1/2 of the cost to re-paint the apartment for the new tenants even though we have a signed confirmation from them stating our apartment was in great condition when we left.

Several days later they decided that even though the apartment was in great condition, we should still pay 1/2 for routine painting.

I would have taken them to Small Claims Court but I moved several states away and it isn't worth the plane ticket.

Poor management!!
