Please note that when this problem occurred two (2) years ago, the city did follow up and the city Health Inspector was satisfied with our stringent efforts to solve this issue. The apartment affected had a washer/dryer in the bathroom which created higher-than-average humidity in the unit. The majority of our apartments do not include a washer/dryer and would therefore not be affected by these circumstances. Additionally, the apartment was thoroughly cleaned and all mold was removed. To our knowledge, it has not since returned in that apartment once it was thoroughly eradicated.

I can't agree with the mold issue being fixed, we called maintaince after noticing it, we live in a three bedroom and the washer is in my roomates room, and all they did was spray paint smelling stuff over it that dripped down our walls in the dryer/washer area and it just covered it up, not fixing the problem and for paying almost two grand a month to live somewhere nice you'd think they'd do more than spray what looked like white spray paint that's already coming off where we can see right through where they sprayed or so called cleaned up.
