Lived here for a year now, the building is alright the people who live here are nice, but the manager, AWFUL!
Had our apartment broken into TWICE where the Maintenace guy BROKE OUR DOOR DOWN.
WITH THE CHAIN ON.
So it was evident someone was home.
When asked about this the response was "oh those chains are very weak".
THEN GET NEW CHAINS! No corrective actions taken, no compensation, just our apartment torn apart for 2 months.
while they worked on plumbing.
Steve and Eric are the two bright spots on an otherwise nasty stain.
Utilities included my @$$, whats this utility surcharge that im paying.....
Laundry room looks nice, but oh wait your clothes dont dry, and its way expensive.

The building management sucks. Sarah the building manager is rude and arrogant, only interested in herself. Once management gets you in the building that are horrible to deal with. The building is old and it shows. Carpet in the halls does not even lay flat, it would be easy to trip on. The garage is dark and the garage floor is like a Minneapolis street ,full of pot holes. They have a lot of empty units currently. People who live in the building are nice . They are afraid of Sarah in the office because they think if they complain she will retaliate against them. A lot of old people who can't really move.
The electric bill is very high, much more than we ever expected for our two bedroom unit. When people complain about that they just raise your rent.
Do not move into this property! We are happy to be out!
