After a year of living here, we're frustrated beyond belief at the terrible management of this property. After repeated maintenance issues--one that left our kitchen in a constant state of construction for over a MONTH, management never apologized nor gave us a correct date of when it would be finished.

The maintenance man broke down our door with the chain on and let three strangers into our apartment without our permission. When I told these STRANGERS to come back in half an hour, when we would be gone, they refused and stayed in our apartment against our wishes. After filing a complaint with management at this blatant disregard for our privacy and safety--management didn't apologize nor remedy the situation. Our chain was fixed by the same maintenance man who broke in and that was that. UNBELIEVABLE!

After this track record, there's no doubt that management here does not care about their residents and their concerns for living in a SAFE and SECURE building.
