I've lived at the Lincoln for about 4 years now, and I absolutely love it. The grounds are well kept, hallways and common areas are cleaned daily, and apartments are clean and up-to-date. The staff is phenomenal, from management to leasing agents to the maintenance guys. They are all extremely helpful, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're happy. Any maintenance issues I've had (which have been VERY minimal) have been handled immediately. One key thing I've noticed over the years is the very low turnover of employees there. I know all of the maintenance guys and office staff by name because they've been there so long. To me that says alot about the management. This is definitely the best apartment complex I've lived in.

I'm thinking about living there and based on the ratings it sounds great, is it a convenient spot to live? I haven't heard much about Edina and that is my only concern. I like things to happen and in the city I live in now nothing does, concerts, fairs, parades etc... Please reply!

Yes it is very convienent! I love the area and it's just about 10-20 minutes away from downtown Minneapolis. ALso at the apartments they have ice cream socials in summer and a pool which is entertaining.
