Love my apartment, but not the parking I think this is a great place to live except for the lack of parking. If you can overlook that it is great, we have an awesome layout, kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. I would recommend it as long as you are comfortable walking about a block

Worst Place Parking is awful. Only 2 guest spots for the entire building.
No on street parking in the entire city of Falcon Heights if there is more than 2" of snow. Don't park in the lot -- they will tow you. Do not sign anything with access media / sky pix -- you are forced to if you want
