The leasing staff promised me a low noise, safe environment with a pest free apartment. Unfortunately I received the high noise, police outside every other day, mice infested package. I moved in Nov, I have regretted it every since. I will say two good things about Georgetown on the river, it is close to 694 and I only signed a six month lease.
