there would be no reason for anyone who'd ever lived at this worst place ever and dealt with management or Harvey to write a good review. Run from this place.

Nothing good comes from Harvey Filister...check out reviews other than just one place or the one you intend to rent. Don't let this little man with a big voice intimidate you over the phone! He talks loud on the phone because he wants to sound big when he's really 5' nothing and 90 pounds soaking wet in reality. Plus, he says he's been doing this for over 40 years so to make it sound he's right all the time with the law on his side. DON'T BE AFRAID TO CHALLENGE HIM! He hates people who will stand up to him!
