People would move in who cranked their music and get in loud fights and they never did anything about it. I was almost physically assaulted by my neightbor and they did not care. They would send us notices saying we did not pay 50 cents of our rent when we had overpayed on the rent. They would constantly plow the parking lot and not give the residents proper notice then have your car towed. I had to pay $200 to get it out. People were constantly breaking into the outgoing mail mailbox. The day we moved out at least 10 other tenants were also.
