Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Apartment size is really nice. Big living room and bedrooms. Office staff - NOT POLITE AT ALL - EVER. Property somewhat clean. Maintenance requsts take about a month, eve something as little as fixing a drippy faucet. I started to think that these requests never reach the maintenance.
The one good thing this property has now are new caretakers in 7805 building. The building has never been this clean.
