If you just rent, don't do anything while you live there, and move out of the apartment in the exact same shape as you moved in, you're fine.
If, however, you need to work with managment for any reason, you will want to kill yourself. Out of the two people that manage the property, --------------is unprofessional, condescending, apathetic, and unreasonable. ------------, while not as unreasonable as -------------, is still only barely professional enough to deal with.
Read your lease very carefully (especially the part about the changes to monthly rent), keep multiple copies of your lease, and keep a copy of all forms and checks you submit to the office. Things have a way of "disappearing", especially when it is financially convenient for the management.
Rent at your own risk.
