This place is horrible...from the rude, unprofessional, uncooperative, most difficult to work with management, --------------and ------------, ------, --------, and ------and the undertrained maintenance staff to the water shut off's on a weekly basis, dirty hallways, loud parties, numerous police calls, broken laundry facilities that take your money constantly, the sauna that has never worked, the outdated filthy fitness equiptment, tennis and basketball court that grows grass, dangerous and full of profane grafitti playground, busted up lounge furniture at the pool, leaky ceilings, car break-ins, creepy homeless men wandering the halls (in a "secure" building), garbage and furniture surrounding the dumpster in the parking area, "no parking" for longer than usual amounts of time, little or no notice to move your vehicle for plowing or other parking lot maintenance, 4 feet of snow falls and it takes them 4-5 days to get a plow out, yet you BETTER have the rent in on time or you get an eviction threat under your door, kids (particularly managements kids) riding bikes wrecklessly and playing with remote control cars and they refuse to move when you try to drive through, the rent is extremely high for what you get. The apartments overall are nice size, but they are not as nicely updated as they advertise. It seems they COMPLETELY updated ONE apartment and took pictures of that one to trick people into coming to look.
Do NOT rent here!! This place is garbage and it's getting worse.
Also, if you want to bring your kitty, be prepared to rip it's claws out and have him/her fixed AND pay a $300 pet deposit (only $150 is refundable) Total BS
