Where to begin. The office staff or coven of evil harpies as I like to call them are RUDE, unprofessional, and just unpleasant to deal with. It takes forever and a day to get a maintenence request filled, and when they do come it is clear they are poorly trained if at all. I have never seen such poor workmanship. Not to mention the hoards of unsupervised heathen children constantly running around screaming profanities at all hours of the day and night. The loud unruly neighbors screaming and partying at midnight and beyond. The constant noise of fireworks. Oh and the AWFUL smell in the hallways. Words can not describe how bad the hallways smell, doo-doo pie comes to mind. If you like to shower and drink clean water this is not the place for you. When the water isn't OFF it's BROWN. Although they just sprayed for ROACHES I did not see any.Let's not forget the Squirrels...lots and lots of Squirrels. They live in the roof and in the walls. You can hear them scratching and clawing in the ceiling. DO NOT LIVE HERE IT IS HELL!! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

What building are you living in...it sounds like you and the squirrels have some issues you need to work out. I don't think I have seen one squirrel even remotely near my building. Provide specific examples please...the water has went off for maybe three hours in the last two months and there was adequate warning. The maintenance here has reacted quick and friendly to all my calls, as well as the management. As for the hallways....all apartment hallways smell funky. You don't like it? Buy a house. Heathen children?? you must be old and lonely. I hope you move some place where you are happier. Good luck to you.

I would just like to say that I COMPLETELY AGREE with this guy. The hallways do smell like doo-doo and black people. There are tons of gang banging nigglets running around at night. The outside of the place is decrepit... the decks have more paint chipped off of them than paint remaining. I put in 5 maintenance requests a month and a half ago and have not had a response. When I do get a response, you can't understand a fricken word the guy says because of his accent (mother Russia). The water is CONSTANTLY off; when it is on, good luck getting some hot water. The work-out room is a joke. The tennis/basketball court needs to be mowed! To call this place hell is too much of a compliment. This is what happens when you let ------ and -------- take over.

i agree, when i lived there there was even a bat inside the building that i didn't see at first when i was walking up the stairwell and almost got mauled by and it was by my apartment, i was so afraid to leave my apartment
