I have lived in many different apartment complexes in the Twin Cities and this is by far the worst. (That includes living in the slums near the U for comparison). The maintenance people in our particular building are very nice, were prompt when we needed them in the middle of the night. But if you have anything wrong that you put a work order in for with the office...good luck. It was about 6 months until we got some of our bathroom's problems fixed. And even then they only did half the job and the water knobs in the shower are still coming off the wall. Be prepared for LOUD neighbors, frequent parties, etc. And it doesn't matter if you complain. They may get sent letters but that's the extent. My roommates had to call the cops 3 times in less than a year because of fights, assaults, etc. I've never had to call police in any other place I lived at. The kids around here run wild, you may end up living next to another apartment that has about 4 times as many people living in it as they're supposed to. Also there has been car break-ins and gas cyphoning lately. And the only thing they did about it was to send out a notice saying call 911 if you notice anyone suspicious. Half the people that live here look suspicious.

I agree with what else I've read here...the apartments are large. But you have to deal with all the other crap. I have had both negative & positive experiences with the staff.

I agree with you very much. I have been waiting on getting my dishwasher fixed, my lock on my door, and also my toliet since I've lived here. That has been from sept. 07. Thank god Im almost out of here. My boyfriends car got all of its windows shot out from a bee bee gun, same with like 5 other cars. The managers are little to no help with anything. Everyone is very loud including this very old lady that lives below me that pounds on my floor just for vaccuming or if i come home late, like I have a curfew or if my tv is on and my windows are open or if i just walk wronge on the floor. I've told the managers all this and I keep getting letters on warnings because that old lady has been there for 20 years and they are not doing anything to her. This place is no where to live. The kids harrassing people that walk by, which happens to me and my roomate constantly. I would not reccomend this to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
