Pro's
------
All major maintenance problems have been fixed FAST and properly!
95% of tenants are nice and polite.
Caretakers are pleasant and a joy.
Noise is average but nothing major.
Problems with the office always get taken care of.
Problems with tenants always get taken care of.
Large apartments.
Updated kitchens.
Con's

Water gets shut off monthly.
Way too much furniture and junk dumped at dumpsters.
Office could maybe use 1 or 2 more workers.
Small maintenance problems go unresolved.
The windows need a major update!!!!
Parking sucks 50% of the time. (Due to people having too many cars that go unused)
Overall it has been a very nice place to live with minimal problems. The rents are fair and the staff is very polite. I would recommend this apartment to any of my friends or family.
