Let's see. Where do I start. I tried to page the maintence people after hours, but they never returned my call. I called the office the following day, and they said it was "broken". Our building smells like marijuanna every weekend. People have parties and play loud music almost everyday. The office just tell you to call the police when it happens, and it resumes the next day. For example, as I am typing this, my lovely neighbors downstairs are playing very loud music and partying outside. I came home on Sunday and the maintence man for our building was actually grilling in one of the garages. Fire hazard! Kids run wild, in the parking lot.

I do not think anyone should rent here. I am stuck in my lease for a few more months and I can't wait to move!!!!!!!!

I've enjoyed and appreciated my stay here for the most part. Minor to no problem with pests, the commons areas were kept relatively clean, one block from the Miss. River, residential neighborhood across the street great for walks. Loud parties in unit below me were about once or twice a month. Police showed up once and after couple of months the renter moved out. My main problem is that my deposit not being returned when I leave in 3 weeks. My lease ended 2 months ago and I've been going month to month which apparently justifies them keeping my deposit.
