Worst apartment experience of my life

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I lived in Springbrook apartments from June 2006 to June 2007. HORRIBLE. I ordered a laptop computer from Dell the fall of '06 and went down to pick it up that same evening, after all signing for packages is supposed to be convenient. Somehow they had "LOST" a $1500 dollar computer in a matter of hours. Shady shady shady. For 6 months, the pool was closed for reconstruction... I was literally paying for amenities I couldn't use. Our ice maker leaked and we had to request maintenance to fix it TWICE. Apparently they had "lost" our work order. Our ceilings above the master bedroom bathroom were peeling - it took 2 more months to fix that. Security is a joke, people jam the locks all the time for their convenience or the convenience of friends. Parking is horrible. At times I had to park next to buildings I didn't live in. The construction quality is laughable. There were spots on the floors that you had to avoid otherwise it made our living room shelving shake. The geese feces are annoying. I had found hypodermic needles and burned spoons in the sidewalk leading to my building. Once had my car towed to a separate area of the parking lot WITHOUT ANY NOTICE and the towing company scraped it against the dumpster creating a large gouge in my back quarter panel and refused to take responsibility for it - luckily it has never rusted. It's over priced, the management is horrible. Not to mention we had the water shut off in our building multiple times... Once without notice. So glad I moved out. Do yourself a favor a and avoid it like the plague.
