At first glance, it's the greatest complex on earth, if you can afford it. Management is difficult to work with. If you EVER have to pay even a day beyond the FIRST, it's gonna cost you! Paying rent on the 2nd, add another $50.00, plus $5.00 each day after that. There is NO grace period to pay rent. Maintenance is understaffed & it's difficult to get work orders taken care of. This place breaks as many rules as they can get by with, from changing the terms of your lease to offering free laundry at the lease signing, then yanking that away giving between $25. & $45. allowance per MONTH depending on # of BRs.

I am a current resident and wish I had this advice 10 months ago! Believe me all that is said is true plus so much more. This is the worst place I have ever been and that is an understatement at best. During the winter (now) the hot water heat pipes make so much noise that it is hard to sleep, that is of course when the heat actually works and no I am not joking. In the summer (I will not be here!) the air conditioning will not cool the bedrooms regardless of what they tell you. Oh, and if they tell you that they will replace all the carpet before you move in, don???t believe them as I have been waiting for 10 months now. I only had to wait 10 months to get the bathroom ceiling textured from work they did BEFORE I moved in. Yes, I was promised it would be done prior to move in, then in a week and on and on it goes...I would not recommend this property to anyone for any reason ever! This has been the worst experience I have ever had; save your money you will thank me in the end.
