Are you a young professional looking for a SAFE and affordable place to live' DON'T MOVE HERE! You would think that this place is section 8 housing with the kind of residents that live here. It is overpriced - about $960 for a two bedroom so I don't even know how these people afford to live here to be completely honest.

There are tons of brat kids always running around- the management actually even threatened to take away thier bus stop at the apartment b/c of the kids swearing and throwing things at cars going by. I actually had a 6 year old Fubu wearing kid flip me off and scream the f word at me while slowly driving by...what a great feeling, really made me feel at home. I have had numerous encounters where I have not locked my door immdediatley after I came in and had strange Soumalean people or children walk into my house and wierd guys makee comments at me in the parking lot.

Mold ALWAYS on the windows no matter what I do, takes forever to get things repaired, the nature center does not have a "trail" for rollerblading or running and the wooden planks are broken (WAY overrated), you have to pay for laundry that doesn't always work (20 month for 2 people), your apartment will always smell like ethnic food from all of your cool neighbors, and you bottom line don't feel safe walking out to your car at night with all of the punk kids running around.

Like I said, if you have good credit, are a young professional, and don't want to pay for overpriced section 8-like housing....look somewhere else...
