This did not turn out to be the place I came to for a showing. The police are here often and maintenance is something that does not exist. The management speaks down to me (even though I make more $ than they do) and THEY are here to serve me.

Not a place for kids. I was lured in by the pool and all the other goodies like the walking trail (which I do love). What is seen and heard is not what children should be exposed to.

I would strongly advise looking around. For the rent you pay here you could get something in a better and safer area.

Ask the Fridley police for a report on how many calls they dispatched to Springbrook in 2008. Then ask yourself; is it worth it.
