Here it is Dec 24, 2008. Would like to take my kids and their friends swimming but guess what' The swimming area, the party room, the exercise room are in lock down till Dec 26.
I pay rent of $1200 for these luxury apartments. Besides the rent, I pay for heat, (base board) which is problematic at best, water, sewer, and garbage.
The garbage payment gives me the privilege of walking into a double garage of the most vile garbage pit you have ever seen. Some people who live here do not care how or where they throw garbage but the vast majority of renters do care. The management staff at Springbrook do not care. Wish I could attach a picture to show. This is not a recent event but is an on going phenomenon.
So for the rent you pay to Springbrook you do not get swimming privileges on Christmas day or Christmas Eve; you do get to walk into a garbage pit and you get to watch Fridley s finest (police) several times a week going into the complex lot on emergency runs.
If staff wants to work in the service industry then work the hours required or get a different type of job.
Please stay away from here.
