Never ever lease the apartment by seeing model house.First and foremost mistake.
Once u sign the Lease u r ready to face the actual mannerisms of the staff.we r paying the rent,it is their minimum reponsibility to provide the facilities what they promised for.The staff tells favourably before u sign the lease ,after u sign the lease the facts comes out. so better record the conversation when u talk to them or else u r the one with full of surprises.Too much rules with adequate facilities.Money suckers.They wont bother about residents.The worst management.The kitchen is a disaster.They give the appartment without cleaning.maintainance is nil or negative.The worst apartment ever lived.If u love cooking forget it,takes hours to cook with burners.Dishwasher wont work properly.molds all over the window edges.we can see the cops atleast once in a day.The noise pollution is too much..I am not able to find one good thing to tell about.
