Where do I start'' Yes, staff was nice & pleasant at first. Then it went downhill from day 2. When I moved in, I had no nobbs on my stove and it was on a weekend. I called the office who recommended I call Maintence. Long story short, I called & called, left message after message, and NOTHING! I was not able to cook anything & forced to mircowave my food. Fed up, I finally went to the office & complained. Staff was RUDE & INCONSIDERATE. Amongst other things, my car was broken into.. Office did NOTHING. My lease included FREE LAUNDRY... until they changed it! Any little thing, you had an office slip on your door.
I don't know who the hell hired these people but they are unprofessional and treat residences as if they are running a prison camp. I was so MISERABLE living there, I PAID to end my lease early. I wish someone would have warned me about living there. If you are reading this, PLEASE, PLEASE take it into consideration... DO NOT MOVE THERE!! You will end up hating it & being miserable or punching those B*tches in the office! MARK MY WORDS!!
P.s.. ALWAYS SET YOUR CAR ALARM & REMOVE ALL YOUR VALUABLES FROM YOUR VEHICLE UNLESS YOU WANT IT BROKEN INTO AT SPRINGBROOK... SPRING-HELL!!!!
