I live at springbrook and if you are familiar with the other apartments around- u would pick springbrook hands down!!! the life of living in apartments means other people will take care of your broken items- wow- you might have to wait a day or two but things do get fixed. i hope that adults looking for a place to live will come and take a look and not judge by the ratings others are giving. if you think about it- the only one's who write the bad things are those who cause problems and are asked to leave or evicted for not paying rent. springbrook is a very large property with plenty of amenities for everyone to enjoy- check it out and you could be as happy as the rest of us living here.

I lived in that dump. This is obviously a fake review placed by Sprinbrook. That place is horrid and the MASSIVE amount of bad reviews cannot be swept under the carpet. By the way, it took them 5 days to replace a bulb in the laundry room (I told them about it immediately). I will not get into the violence I have witnessed (domestic and assault on other renters). Check police records to find out the truth. (Fridley Police Department) Nice try... not really

I have lived at this complex for 2 Years now, & I have been very happy. I have never lived in a community enviorment before. I have owned 2 homes & had bought my 1st one at 19 owned it for 25 year. So my response to the people that respond to this complex are very discussed. I choose spring brook for a couple of different reasons. 1)I liked the way it looked when I came to view there were not alot of broken down cars left laying around on the complex from or garbage laying around left from unrepectful residents .The feeling I got when I came in a very welcomed feeling,helplful. What I am guessing most of the reponses that are comming in on this site are people that are cteating alot of their own issues. They dont understand the concept of RENTING. And if I had to guess if they owned their own home they would be the ones I would not want living next door to me. The expierence is what you make of it. Good luck to the unhappy ones!!
