I'm not surpirsed by how many people did not like this apartment residence. I myself, have had a share of crap. The apartment overall seems beautiful with water fountains and walking paths. But the problem is the staff. They are rude and honestly racist.

I lived above an apartment where the residents were constantly fighting and trying to kill eachother. And yes, you do eventually start making friends with the police because they are there on a daly basis. Anyways, when I went and discussed the loud arguments that were going on at 4am, they simply brushed it off thier shoulders. BUT when the residents downstairs complained about a "thump" that they heard at 2pm during the daytime, the office staff gave us an office slip stating that this was 1 of 3 warnings. If we end up with 3 warnings then we can be evicted. And so, the downstairs residents complained again and we received another slip hanging on the door.

THEN, one day without warning, they towed my vehicle because they stated that I did not have a parking permit, which it was clearly hanging on the window! I went into the office and asked where my car had been taken, and they absolutely refused to tell me. WTF' I called the police and the officer told them that they can not withhold that kind of information from me and that they must tell me where my car is. Eventually, they did.

I felt that I did not pay $1000 (pricey, I know) a month to get treated like crap and get my car basically "stolen" from me. I didn't call the office manager, I called the corporate office. Yeah, the people who own the people working in the office! The corporate office stated that in no way should those things have happened to me, but I wasn't at all satisfied because it already happened to me! I guess they must have contacted the office manager because the next day, the same people who were fighting with me, were greeting me by my first name and kissing ass! And they reimbursed me for the fee that I had to pay to get my car back!

This apartment is a bunch of bull ----. Please listen, DO NOT LIVE HERE! You will truly regret it and perhaps get your car towed one day without warning!

Are you serious? You sound like a real complainer, I have lived here for 4 Years, they do tow autos however they send out notices at least 2 times before & they post them on all doors at the entrances!! Also the night before you see the cars parked in the area where it reminds you snow removal is the next moring!!!! Get over yourself I am sure you are one of the types that I have seen in the office complaining because you have a hang nail, & life isnt fair!!! Grow UP!!

I would have to agree that SpringBrook is a horrible place to live. From day one I have had nothing but problems! They think that they can just charge your account for everything. For example if your car is towed they will charge your account $50.00. When you first visit them they seem very friendly however that is not the case. They are very rude. Another thing they said that they were going green and that all residents were going to pay utilities. Yeah they are going green alright! Green with GREED!!!!!!!

The $50.oo fee is what you pay the tow driver to move your auto after you have not moved it. Like I said in my pervious response. I just dont get the whinning!!!! Buy a house make your own rules get over yourselfs. I personally Have onwed a couple of homes I enjoy living where right now I just come home & relax If this seems just to difficult for you then I have reason to beleive most people that are renting have never owned a home& will complain no matter where they live because YOU ARE THE VICTUM!!! Someone has done you wrong! Frankly I would not want to have a property where people disrepected it & everything that you improve someone comes by and ruins. I have enjoyed my years here & I am sure there are people here that feel the same!!!
