NOISY DRUNK NEIGHBOR STILL THERE EVEN AFTER 4 COMPLAINTS Calling 4 times to complain, mgmt shows up to stop the noise, a week later the neighbor is at it again.

Gross The leasing staff promised me a low noise, safe environment with a pest free apartment. Unfortunately I received the high noise, police outside every other day, mice infested package. I moved in Nov, I have regretted it every since. I will say two good things about Georgetown

Worst Owner Ever If you ever had to deal with an apartment owner for anything, the owner Harvey Filister is the worst! With absolutely no heart or moral compass, it is a wonder that he is even in business. Do not rent at any of his properties unless you want to get screwed!

You DO NOT want to live here. This complex has some SERIOUS WATER PROBLEMS they shut the water roughly once a week and you may have BROWN to BLACK water at any given time often for DAYS at a time. The office staff are beyond RUDE, not to mention the CONSTANT commotion of your neighbors FIGHTING
