I've lived here for almost 5 years. It's clean and the tenants are respectful and quiet. There are many children of all ages here.
Management is OK and has changed several times in the years I've been here.
The grounds are well-maintained in certain areas (OK, only the tiny island as you drive in), but you will bottom out your car on pot holes and speed bumps. The playgrounds are unsafe (the mulch washed out last year never to be replaced) - but there are large grassy areas where the kids seem to play instead. The gutters have not been cleaned and many of us experience waterfalls outside our homes after any significant rain and have washed out areas of our "lawns".
Honestly, these are annoyances, but for the rent, the space is great and I love the area. I would recommend this to a young family - most of the singles who've been here haven't lasted.

I completely agree. The rent is very reasonable for the amount of space you get, and management will fix problems the next business day. As for singles trying to live in the apartments on the third floor (that's what I am): I'll move out as soon as my lease is up. The kids are even more terrible then you'll find in the poorest ghetto of St. Paul. Also, my next door neighbor has an OCD problem and blasts the same rap song on repeat night after night, but this issue is specific to my building. :)
