Ghetto in the heart of the suburbs

I should have checked this place out at night... during the day it looks like a decent place to live, but come sundown, there are gangs of guys fighting in the parking lot, children screaming and throwing rocks at cars and garages, and cops driving through almost every night. I guess thats what happens when you put a bunch of section 8 people together and leave them alone. This place is in GOLDEN VALLEY!! Also... check out that "car wash" across the street from here. EVERY NIGHT there are loads of guys there going in and out, but leaving with dirty cars... maybe its a secret brothel or drug spot, I don't know but its downright pathetic.
