We went to check out Mallard Creek and get a showing of a couple apartments. I do not live there, just looking for a new apartment. The leasing agent was very rude and cocky. She was cursing throughout the course of our tour, and although I am not normally offended by this sort of talk, it was highly unprofessional and a huge turn off as far as a prospective tenant is concerned. They advertise having a pool, however it is really more like a 3 foot deep multi-person bathtub. It was SUPER tiny. The complex itself seemed very dirty and had a gross smell throughout the hallways. Needless to say we have decided to pass on this complex.
