I have lived here for a few years now and have always enjoyed my apartment. I also know that people are more apt to complain then compliment so I want to let everyone know what a great experience it has been here. I love the large eat-in kitchens, bathrooms are huge and so are the closets. My apartment has been remodeled and it has been worth every penny of the rental increase, they are absolutely gorgeous! The installation crew was very polite and I was always excited to see how far they had gotten when I got home at the end of the day. And how can you not expect the rent to go up for how much they are putting into the apartments, to not raise the rent is like getting new tires for free on your car! And remodeling isn't the only thing they have done this year. They put in all new landscaping, new garage doors, entry systems, and re-surfaced the parking lot. Again how can not expect to have your rent raised! I have delt with both the previous manager and the current manager and have always been very plesant to deal with. Noise from the apartment above you is just part of apartment living I feel, if it is more than just the everyday noise of living then you should contact management or move to a top floor apartment! Over all the complex is very quiet and car break-in's can happen anywhere. This is the first time this has happened here to my knowledge and the last place I lived at had break-in's every couple of month's! I recommend checking it out for yourself instead of listening to the complainer's!
