Valley View Apartments

Pass this one up From: Moosthie Date posted: 6/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006   The grounds look nice, clean, and friendly. But unless you are a relative of the owner, thats about all that looks nice. The insides of the buildings have chipped and peeling paint. Owners children have huge dogs that create a ton of noise and are not safe around small children and are allowed to pee all over the buildings and in the apts, often LEAKING into apts below.
