Nice wooded lot, quiet residents, nice management. That's the good news.

Bad news, apartments are old and have not been updated or kept up. Common areas are consistently filthy (entrances, laundry rooms, elevators). Notices to residents are antagonistic and downright nasty with no sign of appreciation shown for the people paying the owner's bills! Parking lot has plenty of spaces, yet cars are consistently allowed to park in the entrance roundabout. Why' Property will show poorly.
