I would agree, my freind who as lived here for many years really loves it. I also read in my lease the other day that I can call the owner Harvey Filister if I have any maintenence issues in my apartmet, it even gives his direct phone number. That suprised me, I have rented alot and I have never seen that. Sharon at the office has been extremely helpfulalso. She mentioned that it is alot nicer renting from a family runned business than renting from a big coropate company. So far I think she has been right.
