Valley View Apartments 33% Recommended May 13 2008: The place is old and not kept up to date. Had a water pipe burst in the winter and it was blamed on the tenants, got cars towed out of the parking lot. The bad: The floors are paper thin and I am constantly bothered by the guy living upstairs. I do not live there, just looking for a new apartment. The leasing agent was very rude and cocky.
