Valley View is the best! My husband and I moved to Valley View in May after being in a home for over 20 years. We thought it would be a difficult change but we are loving it! 10 minutes to Downtown, a heated garage, no mowing or snow removal! Sharon, Pete and Chris treat you like family

Valley View Rocks! Valley View rocks! I have been a resident for nine months and during this time have been treated very well. My maintenance issues are resolved quickly, the buildings are clean, and the office staff is friendly and helpful.

Where did the last manager go? Things are falling apart since she left. I requested a work order last Monday, and nobody came to my Apt yet. The current office staff are so rude. They entered my apt without my permission. Can't wait till the end of my lease? I DO NOT recommend this

I can't think of a better place to live.
The property manager and all the staff team members provide great customer service. Mallard Creek is completely controlled access, so I feel safe.
Living here really is a treat. There are great views, staff, and rooms.
