(user photo) door left like this since move-in/>1yr, obviously been broken into. still not fixed upon moveout. also note worn end of bolt, lock not installed properly, does not extend fully and not able to lock in place, can be easily pushed in.

(user photo) incorrectly installed lock, marks on frame and bolt show that bolt hits back of frame, not able to fully extend, therefore bolt does not lock in place and can be easily pried open, also note broken door frame, >1yr broken, still not fixed upon moveout (user photo) this is the hole I found behind my bathroom vanity, pic with hand to better show size of hole. (user photo) kitchen ceiling falling down andmolding, this was above my kitchen table, complained for months, finally fixed 4 months later after threatened to call housing inspector.

Not so good

I cant recomend this place to any one except high school kids, white trash, and all the usual degenerates of society. There is no concern as to who they let move in here. Even though the thought of a town house for the price of an apartment is nice, it is not worth it. Lousy management, and horrible neighbors are just the tip of the iceberg. Cops come here often to break up domestic desputes, which are no problem to hear from the paper thin walls. Little kids wandering around unsupervised, because their parent are too busy smoking crack or something. Some little brat vandalised my car twice. Seen many cars get broken windshields during my stay. Right on busy HWY 7.
Take it from me, get an apartment. You will probably get more square ft. and quality for the price.
