Oct 2003 - I have now lived here for just over 2 months and I regret it. A week after moving in, the plumbing problems started. I had to call and leave notes for a month and a half until they finally came to "inspect" the problem. A week after that, the leak happened again and they finally decided to replace the pipe. Before the holes in my wall were fixed (shoddily) there were holes in the hallway that are still not fixed. Now the Water Heater is being replaced and there is an old incinerator in the hallway (for two days now). Sage doesn?t seem to think they have done anything wrong in this situation. The other comments about the neighborhood are SO true. Oh, and don?t forget the spiders!





Jan 2004 - Now it is winter and my heat barely works. The temp never gets above 60, even if the thermostat is at 80! I had to make the fourth call today about them putting plastic on my windows. Why didn?t they do that before winter came if they knew the basement units need it' When I spoke with the office today, the girl accused me of threatening her when I said "This isn?t the first time I?ve had to call more than once about a maintenacne issue and I want this fixed by tomorrow."



Feb 2004 - I woke up last Friday to the same leak that happened twice before! That makes 3 times in less than six months. I insisted on a new unit, which I got for March 1st after a long argument. The office keeps claiming it's not their fault. Now this morning, there?s a brand new leak. When is the water just going to come gushing through the wall'
