I lived in the Brentwood Park apartments for four long years. Why did I stay' Cheaper than average rent is the only reason I can come up with.
Where do I start'
This place went through four managers during the time I was there. Only one went out of his way to make the residents happy. Other than that it was always a "it's out of my hands" kind of response.
A few times I had maintenance enter my apartment w/o notice. Occasionally they would take a long time to do repairs and when they did it was half-assed.
Neighbors, my number one reason for finally moving. Can they possibly make anymore noise' Doors slamming, snoring, stomping up and down stairs, cars idling, car stereos blarring when they pull in to park, cigerette smell in the hallway, and so on. I don't think I had a decent nights sleep for four years straight. Also, not very friendly people. I'd pass someone on the stairway and I wouldn't even get acknowledged.
I called the police several times because of groups of people playing basketball until 11:30 at night or later during the weeknights.

I am just so happy not to live there anymore!
