I'm been gone from Brentwood for a month and a half. I lived there 1 year and hated it. At one point I came out to find the back window of my car smashed in. The noise was constant. I was so sick of coming home to police surrounding various units. I can't tell you how often I phoned the police due to barking dogs & obvious drug activity and child abuse. Currently I am dealing with the management over my deposit refund check. They are attempting to charge me for extra cleaning charges, which I was told the day of check out would not happen. I have attempted for 3 weeks straight to contact managment about this, I have gotten no calls back despite several messages about my concern. I have never been treated so disrespectly. I am seriously considering taking alternative action at this point.

you are right the noise and the drug selling in the parking lot sitting in there cars. children every where where are the parents these children are to young to be unattended. the management never returns your calls and say call the police because they can't do any thing . you know tiffany is not going to do any thing she says she will ya right i don't think so. and getting things fix around here is a joke the head guy smells like a bar when he enters your home and dum he has no clue how to fix anything he has to call steve to help him. and he has a job go figure brentwood i would never rent here again hope people are listening to these e-mails do not rent run hide go some where eles save your self people!
