Hi there,
I rented a studio with Brentwood Apartments in February of 2008. Jerry offered me the second month of rent off. I have been billed without any outstanding balance since then until January of 2009. I got a letter posted on my door saying that I own a rent. I called them and Kim said I owned a month since there is nothing on my file that claims that I had one month of rent off. In that same day I spoke with Jerry and Kim, and Jerry told me that he remembers the situation. Therefore, I would have right to one month of rent off. I put in writing the all situation to make it official and mailed in certified mail. Nobody got back to me. I tried to call Tiffany since I got one more letter in the mail saying that I own the rent, and I didnt get any answer back. I called her and she didnt get back to me.
This weekend I spoke with Jerry about the situation, and he told in my eyes that he never actually said it, which is a big lie.
I think I am being defrauded by them. If you know anyone in this situation, please email me. It is an urgent matter.

there just doing that to keep you there when your lease is up move out. by the way you are not going to here from tiffany just letting you know and never trust jerry he owes my money and has not paid me back 9 months. Good luck may be just a suggestion call corportate office and talk to kathy that is tiffany boss. tell somesone if they dont listen to you every one has a boss. they are just messing people over because there number are down alot of people have moved out have you not notice. good luck and keep posting your updates with the battle you are in with brentwood and next time if there is a next time get it in writing.i took my money as a lost but that is ok just knowing brentwood doing bad and messing over people makes me happy cause i know your are going to move out!
