(user photo) door left like this since move-in/>1yr, obviously been broken into. still not fixed upon moveout. also note worn end of bolt, lock not installed properly, does not extend fully and not able to lock in place, can be easily pushed in.

DON'T MOVE HERE OR GET OUT NOW! I'm glad I moved, because of maintenance and office staff. It took over a month to get anything fixed with calling for a work order 5 times. Can't find a parking space close to the apartment after 5pm. Also they started excepting pets after i signed a lease with no dogs allowed. I told them the dogs bark and boop on lawn witout picking it up and didn't do anything about it.

they dont care they pretend to care especsially the office. they blame the maitenance people especially jerry in office. the maintenance blame the office the left hand and the right hand dont know what the other is doing. only centain apartments building are allowed to have dogs brentwood does not care you can call as much as you much it is just words. until the city or state is called when it cost them money. i just feel sorry for the friends i still have there.brentwood doesnt have alot of people living there they should do what they can do to keep you there. what i here and see there are alot of vacants. good job brentwood and tiftany!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! My family and I are getting out of our lease at brentwood due to the "ghetto" like attitudes of most of the residents. When you call and complain Tiffany Diaz (manager) says they will work on it and they never do anything about the rude and disrespectful tenants that they rent to. They are only out to fill their pockets and once you sign the lease they don't care about solving community problems. Police are always here on 911 calls and my family and I have never felt more unsafe were we reside. We are moving out due to a breaking and entering attempt by another resident and nothing was done to that person. MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!
