The Best Place I've Lived So Far...

Unfortunately, I had to move out because I decided to quit my job and go back to school full time. You get an underground parking space and all utilities are included in rent. They don't limit when you can turn the heat or A/C on either. The floors and one wall are made of concrete. I never had any problems with noise. The location is very convenient: Knollwood Mall is right across the street and Cub Foods is a couple of blocks away. Everything you need is within a few block radius. The bike trail going to Lake Calhoun is right down the street. Maintenance was never a problem. They acted fast. I'd fill out a maintenance request form and drop it off in the morning, by the time I got home from work it was fixed. If I ever get my own place again, it will be here!
If I had to list one con, it would be that it's not a visually stunning complex. If that's important to you, you may have to weigh your options.

The address at the top on this posting is for a Cambridge Tower in Eden Prairie. The actual reviewer/tenant appears to be commenting on Cambridge Towers (plural) in Hopkins right off Highway 7. This must be a marketing nightmare with such similar names.
