You get what you pay for. Solid concrete building with minimul noise problems. Downtown hopkins is fun and you are right in the heart of it. There are covered parking spots available for a small fee and storage units as well. Cherie is nice but stern. Its a cheap apartment complex in a cheap town but crime seemed low and noise was never an issue. All in all not bad if you are looking for something SUPER cheap but still safe.
