Let's just say we lived at Laurel Village before Chasewood Gates. Our only complaint is the assinine garbage can pickup rule that of course, we breached, so our garbage can was taken away. That's fine, we leave our garbage out on the curb so everyone can look at it. Other than that, we've got a two bedroom, a cool porch, a nice view, it's quiet and well maintained, the staff are nice, our service calls are (usually) well done, though the take a little long to get answered at times - other times they're right on the ball. Parkings not bad at all, and we got a nice break on the rent. Too bad they're making them all into condos. :)
