My opinion

I would not recommend Creekwood. It is as though they want to be taken seriously like a big corporation but they are not organized and they are definatly not professional. They give you important information at the last minute and expect you to be able to just drop everything (ie when they are going to be in your apt and you need to prep things for them or for parking). If you fill out a maintenance request, don't expect to have it ever taken care of. When we moved in, half the light bulbs were burned out, so either they don't expect the vacating residents to replace those or they don't do it themselves. Either way, they don't care. Our oven was old and the temperature was off. The air conditioner was broken last summer and when we told them, they said it didn't need to be fixed but they weren't the ones sitting in the room for an extended period of time with it being broken. The neighbors are loud and rude. The exercise room would be nice if they would fix the equipment when it breaks. There is only one person in the office that has any clue as to what they are doing. When we wrote them our letter saying that we were leaving, they never confirmed that they even got the letter and we had to ask them what time and day we needed to leave by. I was very unhappy living at Creekwood and I would warn anyone to not be taken in by the "appearance" of these apartments.
