Great location - near nice bike trail, walkable distance to good shopping, easy access to HWY 169 & 100. Rent is too high for the quality and size of the apartments. Nice pool and clubhouse. Parking is pretty bad and safty is an issue - cars get broken into, people get mugged. Maintenance does a great job and seem quick to respond. Office staff have been rude, site manager doesn't return phone calls. Rent gets jacked up after 1 year. Section 8 friendly possibly reason why many residents seem unwilling to care for the property!'
