Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I have lived in a lot of places around the Twin Cities and I have never had better management or maintenance. I have been here for 2 years. This is the only place that I have ever renewed a lease at. I am planning to live here until I can uy a house (about 2-3 more years).
